A modern pilsner where the character of American hops shines. Aromas of berry and grapefruit unfold, with a smooth, light bitterness. Its bright yet crisp flavor is recommended for IPA lovers and pilsner lovers alike! For this second batch, we used Strata harvested in 2025. The 2025 Strata offers notes centered on berry and citrus, with a subtle impression of passion fruit. To highlight this aroma, we increased the amount of Strata and blended in Mosaic as a supporting player. While retaining the clean drinkability characteristic of a pilsner, the result showcases even more vivid hop aromas.
