ミナミカゼ

An XPA generously brewed with the New Zealand hops "Motueka" and "Nelson Sauvin." The aroma offers a grassy note like summer herbs along with a hint of lime, while the body stays light. A clean bitterness spreads across the palate for a hoppy yet refreshingly easy-drinking experience! After last summer's intense heat, we thought "an IPA might be too heavy?!" and set out to make a hoppy beer you can gulp down even in the heat. The base beer is finished to be as light and crisp as possible. Built on lightly flavored American malt, it's fermented with a small amount of lager yeast blended in. The aroma hops are used as lavishly as in an IPA! You'll feel the powerful aroma of the New Zealand hops. Hoppy and drinkable, this is ミナミカゼ. Please enjoy plenty of it this summer!
