This is the beer that marks our maiden voyage. Just as tomorrow brings a new wind, there is much that changes day by day—but there is also much that never changes. At our brewery, we have friends who build canoes. The time spent polishing a hull with a clear, focused mind is surely a moment like no other. We can't wait to see what kind of boat takes shape. A canoe has no sail, so you have no choice but to paddle forward on your own. We can't grant you a sail, but perhaps a beer like this can be the energy you need to paddle. For an easygoing departure, drifting along at a leisurely pace, it's just right. At 4.5% ABV, this beer offers a crisp, clean flavor while gently revealing the toasty, grainy character of the malt. With a soft body and well-balanced hop aroma, it presents tropical, pineapple-like notes from El Drado, followed by the sharp citrus of Citra that slides cleanly across the palate.
