Brewed in small batches, it is bottled unfiltered after pressing, then pasteurized in the bottle and stored refrigerated for meticulous quality control. It offers a ginjo aroma with grainy notes. Clean and free of any off-flavors, it finishes as a crisp, refreshing, very dry sake with a sharp, tightly focused character. Right after opening, a faint effervescence gives it a vivid, lively flavor, which gradually settles into a well-rounded harmony.
