Tiger Kick

Dry, firmly bitter — a classic-hop West Coast IPA! A West Coast IPA brewed with two American hops, Simcoe and Citra. Powerful citrus and pineapple aromas and bitterness coexist in perfect balance with a dry, crisp finish. With this classic hop combination, we aimed for an IPA that keeps you coming back for another pour. To make the hop presence shine from the aroma through the lingering finish, we bumped up the dry-hopping a little from last time. Added to the fermentation tank in three separate charges, it gives the aroma real depth, pulling together impressions of citrus, pineapple, and pine. The base malt is built from lightly flavored grains, and by increasing the yeast pitch we achieved an even cleaner, drier taste. With a crisp, sharp bitterness, it delivers all the satisfying drinkability you expect from an IPA. Perfect for the season ahead — drink it down gulp after gulp!
